Yes! Parking is free in all of our decks and surface lots, with the exception of some valet and reserved areas.

General valet services are provided by Royal Parking Valet. Hours of operations and locations include:
Main District (in front of RH Gallery)
Monday to Thursday 5pm 9pm
Friday to Saturday 11am-11pm
Sunday 11am-10pm
Park District (in front of Rosewater Kitchen + Bar)
Wednesday and Thursday 5pm-11pm
Friday and Saturday 11am-11pm
Sunday 12pm-6pm

Yes, parking restrictions such as 10-minute parking, 2-hour parking, no parking zones and EV charging are monitored and enforced at owner’s expense.

The enforcement of restricted parking areas is provided by a third-party vendor. North Hills does not establish or collect fees. Please contact Integrity Towing at 919.790.9393.

Our decks are regularly patrolled and well-lit, and we have 24/7 security presence throughout the property.

The height limit of most parking decks at North Hills ranges from 6’8” to 8’2”. Deck entrances are signed with height restrictions and height bars. Oversized vehicles are welcome to park in unrestricted surface level spaces found across the property. Passenger vans, buses, U-hauls, or trailers should work to find alternative parking offsite.

Per our Code of Conduct, moving pods or vehicle storage is not permitted at North Hills.
