Parking FAQ
The Power Parking Management Program is designed to make parking more organized and efficient across North Hills. Office tenants, residents, and retail employees have protected parking zones, while guests enjoy convenient access to nearby spaces. The goal is simple: reliable parking for everyone who lives, works, shops, and visits North Hills.

They must scan the QR code on the sign found within the parking location they visit and register their license plate information. Charges apply after the initial 2 free hours. Registration allows us to track when your complimentary parking period begins and ends, while also providing your contact information so we can notify you before your time expires and give you the option to extend your session.

Scan QR code
Select reason for visit (ex: Dining or Fitness)
Select between a complimentary two-hour session or a pre-paid extended session (paid sessions include the complimentary two hours)
Enter plate info; Enter contact information and hit PARK
The system then displays the registration confirmation record along with the parking timeframe. This confirmation record is sent to the contact info entered in step #4.
Check the “Remember Me” box for future registration convenience

You can easily extend your parking session using the link sent to the contact information provided during registration. After your 2 complimentary hours, the following extension rates apply:
Up to 1 Hour: $2.95
1–2 Hours: $4.95
2–5 Hours: $6.95
5–8 Hours: $13.25
8–24 Hours: $25.45
*Rates shown include applicable taxes and fees.
Our paid rate is intentionally modest and below many public and private parking rates in Raleigh. License plate registration and citations are intended to support compliance–not generate revenue.

A smartphone isn't required. Call Power Parking at 919.375.6999 from any phone and a live operator will register your vehicle for you. You'll need your license plate number. Many of our property staff members, retailers and restaurants can also assist.

You can enjoy multiple complimentary parking sessions—just avoid back-to-back sessions in the same district.
If you change districts or parking decks, be sure to re-register for your new location.

Yes, you have a 15-minute grace period to vacate the space after your parking session ends.

Accessible spaces at North Hills are available at the same rates as all other spaces, including the complimentary first two hours. Accessible parking is designed to provide the closest, easiest access to your destination — there isn't an exemption or separate fee category.

General valet services are provided by Royal Parking Valet. Hours of operations and locations include:
Main District (in front of RH Gallery)
Monday to Thursday 11am-9pm
Friday to Saturday 11am-11pm
Sunday 11am-10pm
Park District (in front of Rosewater Kitchen + Bar)
Wednesday and Thursday 5pm-11pm
Friday and Saturday 11am-11pm
Sunday 12pm-6pm

Yes! The North Hills Shuttle offers convenient on-call transportation throughout the North Hills property. Rides are available daily from 8 AM–8 PM on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability. To request a ride, simply call 919.369.4089.

Failure to register or pay may result in a $35 citation. If you registered and paid but overstayed your parking session without extending it, a $24 fee may apply. To dispute a citation, contact NHsupport@mypowerparking.com or 919.375.6999.
More than three unresolved citations may result in a tire boot or barnacle. For assistance with a boot or barnacle, contact Integrity Towing at impound@integritytow.com or 919.790.9393.

Height clearances vary by parking deck across the North Hills property. If your vehicle is taller than 6'8", please approach each deck slowly and check the posted clearance bar at the entrance before proceeding.
Buses, trailers, and other large equipment are generally not permitted onsite. Approval may be granted in advance by Property Management when space allows. Please contact us ahead of your visit; unapproved vehicles must park offsite.

Overnight storage of moving trucks or PODS containers is not permitted onsite. Moving trucks should use residential loading docks. Please contact the Community Management team for the building you're visiting to reserve a dock and get additional details.

License plates are scanned by LPR cameras. Power Parking and its vendors follow all DPPA regulations, and cameras are SOC 2 Type 2 compliant. Red PRRS signs provide notice of license plate capture. Driver names are not shared in reporting, and information is not sold. View the Privacy Policy here.
