Jubala Coffee Expands at North Hills with Second Location

Kane Realty Corporation is pleased to announce that local coffee shop Jubala Coffee will open a second location at North Hills, expanding its presence and bringing its beloved coffee to the heart of the Main District. The new café will be located at the base of 4114 Center at North Hills, situated between Alo Yoga and gorjana.

Founded by Raleigh entrepreneur Andrew Cash, Jubala Coffee has earned a devoted following for its thoughtfully sourced coffee, welcoming atmosphere, and commitment to quality. Since opening its first North Hills café in the Park District, the brand has become a daily staple for residents, office workers, and visitors alike.

“We have been very strategic about the coffee offerings in the Main District, and Jubala is an incredible partner with an exceptional product,” said Stacey Buescher, EVP of Commercial Operations at Kane Realty Corporation. “They have built such a strong and meaningful following at their existing North Hills café that we are confident they can support the demand for two locations here. We’re excited to expand our partnership and welcome them to the Main District.”

For Cash, opening another location at North Hills was a natural next step as Jubala continues to grow its presence across Raleigh.

“North Hills has been an incredible community for Jubala,” said Cash. “The support we’ve received has been amazing, and we’re excited to create another space where people can gather over great coffee. Being in the Main District puts us right in the middle of so much energy, and we’re thrilled to be part of it.”

With Jubala Coffee taking this space, the new Main District Expansion at North Hills is now fully leased, marking a major milestone in the continued evolution of the district. The area is home to standout destinations including RH Raleigh, Sixty Vines, Village Tavern, and lululemon, and continues to welcome new retailers to the district. Recent openings include Reformation and Veronica Beard, further building on the district’s growing mix of sought-after fashion, dining, and lifestyle brands that make North Hills one of Raleigh’s most dynamic destinations for shopping, dining, and gathering.

“The Main District has seen an incredible transformation over the past few years,” said Buescher. “From new retail and dining experiences to the expansion of our public spaces, it has truly elevated the energy of North Hills. Having Jubala join this lineup is the perfect finishing touch.”
