Iron Chef Challenge
Join us at the Midtown Farmers’ Market for the 2026 Iron Chef Challenge, where North Hills chefs will go head-to-head in a live culinary competition!
Participating chefs will be put to the test with two secret ingredients—one protein and one produce item—revealed the morning of the competition. Once the ingredients are announced, chefs will have 20 minutes and $50 in Market Bucks to shop the Midtown Farmers’ Market for additional ingredients before the cooking begins.
Starting at 9:30 AM, chefs will have just 60 minutes to create their dishes using the secret ingredients and their market finds. Once time is up, dishes will be presented to a panel of judges, while bite-sized samples will be available for first 30 market guests to taste and cast their vote for the People’s Choice award.
